$20–$35 per hour + earnable bonuses
Turn customer needs into clear scopes, accurate estimates, and lasting relationships for residential and commercial work.
$20–$40 per hour
Support dependable snow and ice service with safe equipment operation and strong winter availability.
Compensation ranges are starting guidelines and may vary with experience, licenses, responsibilities, schedule, and role fit.
